Welcome to Muscle House. My name is Jay Cha, and I am the founder and head trainer. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF), one of the most respected organizations in the United States. With over 16 years of training experience and more than 20 years as a sales professional in the tech industry across Korea and Singapore, I bring both discipline and empathy to every coaching session.
My own journey has taught me how demanding and stressful life can be — and how vital it is to care for both the body and mind. After two decades in the corporate world, I decided to follow my true passion: helping people transform their health, strength, and confidence.
Today, I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, guiding them to improve their strength, mobility, and overall quality of life. Whether you are starting your fitness journey, balancing a busy career, or aiming to push past your limits, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
